The product and service was good the only problem I had was regard to the offer of a second pair free I did not see how I claimed these when ordering.

very great product,i just wish that the chest buckle would be down lower,i iknow thats noty our problem though :), still..i've wanted this backpack since begining of last school year..and im still very glad i got it for this school year

There are too many bolded and coloured images in the block text which can confuse customer

I looked everywhere for the classic tall in gray. They were my favorite because not too many people at school had them. I also thought they were subtle yet looked neat and clean. I finally found them at a local shoe store and was extactic! I went to try them on a couple days later and ended up buying them. They are absolutly amazing! I love them. The only complaints I have is the high price (as with all uggs) and the fact that you must buy A SIZE DOWN from your regular shoe size. Just keep that in mind before ordering

They were very snug at first, but now they have stretched and are perfect. They are warm and comfortable. I also treated them this time and so far they have remained looking brand new. I would definitely recommend them, but consider buying a size smaller because they do stretch. Also, definitely treat them to prevent stains. I was so happy that I even bought two more pairs as Christmas presents for my sisters
